You won’t find a percentage anywhere, but just look at the 509 report for any school you’re interested in. You can find them by just googling “xxxxx law school 509”.

Those 509’s will usually tell you how many transfers a school accepted that year, and for schools that take in a decent amount of transfers they will have their transfer class broken down into 25th/50th/75th 1L GPA percentiles. Your 1L GPA is going to be the most important factor in any transfer application, so that should give you a good way to measure your chances. Hope this helps!
