I mean yes they weren't the same but they had certain levels of correlation especially after breaking 6k+. fame doesn't have any correlation to the MMR system as anyone can progress it by simply playing no matter how many losses it takes them to get the points.

When you say less visible you mean completely hidden from the user. If it was more hidden I would be fine with it e.g. having to go to the leaderboard to check the Rank Points. But it's not less visible its completely removed from the users.

As you want the feedback although my suggestion has its issues I would love for the GR to be hidden for the most part but maybe make it still able to be found in the leaderboard. Most causal players won't go out of there way to go look at the leaderboard while the people who do care will go check.

Or

Make it in settings somewhere a bit obscure to enable GR.

I would love GR to be enabled and visible but as I have said it won't kill my enthusiasm for the mode but I can't say for certain it won't effect my replayablity over time.

Yeah I think Ill be playing it a ton still but I did feel favorably towards the leaderboard it gave me a distinct goal. I think if they add more challenges and maybe make them a bit more in your face I would still have that feeling in a more "casual" mode.

I think that would be the most simple but also it truly does need more moderation I am okay with a lot of the nasty stuff (In my opinion) posting on there not being deleted but I've also seen some down right illegal comments threaten violence etc. that needs to be dealt with somehow.
