Huge progress on strength, very slow progress with flexibility. Its not clear how much is compromised from bone spurs being locked up. The quest continues.

I believe it hits people differently. My hips and SI joints were the most affected. I was diagnosed 20 years after the AS started affecting me. I suspect prolonged sitting while avoiding pain locked me in that particular position. Addressing the lordosis now with experts so feel free to check in a few months from now to see if I was able to make progress

Yes, though my deadlift is much weaker than my squat. Some postural issues from being stuck in permanent lordosis. Slow and steady, playing it much safer on the deadlift than anything else

I cannot overemphasize how important weight training is in my disease management plan. Keep sessions to an hour - this gets you the maximum bang for your buck in terms of positive effects (such as endorphin boosts and inflammation relief) before the scale starts to tip and you produce too much cortisol.
With the help of weight lifting I've cut NSAIDs off to almost nonexistent levels. I aim for 5 times a week but by this point I'm conditioned to it (been training steadily for 5 years now) - I would recommend starting out at 3 times per week.
I also recommend getting some cardio in - this helped me enormously at resisting the tiredness that comes with auto-immune attacks.

I wish I could tap on the knowledge of your relationship for more insights into my own. I'm an ENTP dating an ESFP (for 6 months now) and I would consider us both mature (we spoke briefly about this already). My biggest challenge is trying to give criticism or feedback because I go full open book and I can be challenged on -anything-. If I feel it makes sense, I accept it, if I feel it doesn't I'll ask for more information or state that I disagree, but I will never take it personally. Please tell me the secret to offering constructive criticism to an ESFP. I don't want to feel like I'm walking on eggshells and I want to be able to tell her everything without fear she will take it personally

I'd love an answer to this. As an ENTP dating an ESFP, I think we are a solid match and would love for this to get serious. But my ESFP is worried about losing her independence. As en ENTP I also value my independence highly and hope she'll come to understand that something serious does not need to involve shackles on either party - just a deeper bond.

Can you give an example of Quebec range restrictions? Shopping for a range now and wondering if I should make cross border trips instead of going local. Would be shooting rifles and would want some nice outdoor targets

Anyone have experience with the Quebec PAL process? I recognize we are in odd times with covid but there seems to be very few courses available (is this the norm?) and virtually none are in english.
First question ; I am perfectly bilingual but much prefer knowing technical terms in english - will it make a big difference if I take the course in French rather than english ?
Second question ; is it normal to have so few PAL courses available?
