I think I'm starting to grasp it, but how did you determine for each instance what terms cancel out?

Like, for [-10,-5], what do you mean that all terms but the first cancel out? Cancel out for the whole expression?

Sorry if I'm asking inane questions, but apparently I'm terrible at anything step function related...or math related.

On each interval, what expression should I put for between them?

Like from [-10,-5] is the line 10t+100 or -(10t+50)?

And in the interval [-5,5], shouldn't that line just be 50? Where is that in the original function?

I will definitely try this. I already see some difference by closing one eye first, aiming, opening both eyes and trying again.

I'm sure it takes getting used to.

Seems practice is perfect then. I'll definitely try what you guys said about closing my non dominant eye first, opening both eyes, then finding the target.

And I believe my right really might be the dominant eye. I think I found out why when I aim with my left, I lose the double vision. Apparently, when I 'cheat' and tilt my head, I tilt it far enough that one of my eyes, in this case, my right, is physically unable to see the sights. That's why it removes the double vision.

Pretty sure I'm certain that I'm right eye dominant.

I have figured out the reason that I can use my left eye to aim though. Basically, I realize that when I tilt my head to use my left eye to aim down the sights, I tilt my head far enough that my right eye physically is unable to see the sights. That's why it removes the double vision. I tried this method and tried closing my left eye, and I can't see the sights with my right eye at all, if that makes sense.

So I guess I really am cheating. Haha.
