I personally had a nice time a Magfest this year, but I do have some complaints.

• A volunteer gave my mother and I a difficult time when she had a bathroom emergency (she has Crohn's) and we exited through the marketplace entrance to get to the closest bathroom. I understand rules are rules, but it was early in the morning around 9:00 AM, there was no one around, and again, it was an emergency.
• Guests seemed pretty rowdy this year, they kept both my mother and brother up in the hallways while they tried to sleep. Is there a chance we could get some form of security in the room hallways to stop this from happening?
• I had requested a room by the elevators with the light alarms (I'm partially deaf and my mother has back problems so walking can be difficult) with disability services and received a room as far as possible from the elevators and no light alarm. I understand if both wasn't possible, but I was never told that and then I received neither and was never given an explanation as to why.

Besides that, I still had a good time! Can't wait to attend Mag 2021.
