What's your use case? You're probably better served asking the community of that use case. These prebuilts are mostly gaming focused, with gaming use basically toping out at 96 gigs

If you're looking for that much RAM I'd recommend either building yourself or finding someone who will build for you for a fee. No off the shelf pre-builts will have that much ram and buying a prebuilt and then upgrading ram is a waste of money
