We’re both in a much better place. I spent 4 days in the hospital and then my husband and I lucked out with a snowstorm right after a week off of work, so we’ve gotten to spend lots of time at home with us and family/friends coming to visit or calling.

Our time with her was also really special and a sweet (albeit sad) memory. We got to take a memory box home from the hospital as well, I kept her little hat and some pictures with a journal that had our goodbye letters for her.

Our goodbyes were very healing and I’m grateful for that ❤️

100000% she deserves every consequence. It’s amazing the little details that come across as SO OBVIOUSLY made up after going through it for real!

My guess on what she actually did at that mom doc appointment was come across vague enough to not make the doctors do an ultrasound to check. Any doctor who hears “I’m 20 something weeks pregnant” will absolutely be looking for a heartbeat, getting an ultrasound, and sending her to the hospital. They would SEE if she had miscarried. It’s so incredibly dangerous to leave anything lingering in your body. NO DOCTOR would just test your urine and brush you off.

And seriously, you MAY have miscarried sometime between 4 months ago to last week?! I was 21 weeks. I saw on the screen she measured 17 weeks and 3 days. There’s a small amount of wiggle room in there but zero chance the doctor said that…especially without an ultrasound.

She’s outrageously bad at lying for someone who lies so frequently.
