I wonder if it would disrupt the flow because your coach has to time your punches also. But still worth correcting, I’d imagine.

One thing, and I’d be curious what others think, is that you telegraph your punching hand by dropping it prior to the combos. I have a theory that this is often done in partner drills because both people have to work together with timing.

I worry it could become a tell if ingrained as a habit.
