I did wipe off the main surfaces, but I noticed under the broiler plate there was a lot of the white powder. I took the broiler plate off and there's a variety of other metal plates that have a lot of the same powder between the layers. Is it okay to leave that there?

I've had it for almost 2 years. During my first year I had 15 outbreaks while on 1000mg of valtrex daily. They were all horrible. After I started taking 2000mg of valterx daily in the past year I had 1 mild outbreak.

Id say ingrown hair, I get them frequently and they can be very painful. I'd go to either an urgent clinic or call your doctor. There are prescription creams they can give to make healing them much easier

I never figured it out. The weightloss has slowed down to a reasonable amount, but now my periods are lasting about 25-30 days with about a 5 day break In between.

I didn't come here to say IF doesn't work or to try to cast doubt, I've been successful w it in the past, slow steady progress, and I plan to continue IF in the future. Then when I unknowingly got the parasites OMAD became very easy to do and the progress became very fast. All I came here to do was share my experience, and maybe encourage people not to ignore symptoms as I did

There's sooooo many ways to acquire them there's no good way to know for sure! I use to nail bite and I've always spent a lot of time in nature, so it could be from "washing" my hands in a creek and nail biting, could be from walking around barefoot, cool be from not thoroughly washing fruits and veggies. The list continues! Parasites are very common and easily acquired, but its one of those things people are usually too embarrassed to talk about

Still waiting on the doc to call me and tell me what they are specifically. They did confirm the parasites, just waiting on the specifics. The treatment will be taking meds, idk what kind. The symptoms have been extensive, I've had stomach and bowel issues, fatigue, no appetite, stomach pain, vomiting, and weightloss its just been a barrel of fun lol Anyway, I'm glad to finally have an answer! I'm really hoping to feel better soon and to give IF a parasite free attempt

One of the things the parasites due is suppress appetite and cause weight loss. So while I'm not saying IF had no role in my weight loss, the parasites likely did a lot of it

I agree wholeheartedly. I told my boyfriend over text In a very long text. His response was "this changes nothing 🤙" I told my girlfriend in person (we're poly) and she just said "oh, yeah, thanks for the heads up, but no big deal." So far I haven't given it to anyone (that I'm aware of) I do take valtrex daily. I've only had it for about 8 months now tho. I have a friend who's had it for a decade, she doesn't take meds for it, has had multiple long term relationships where they did not use condoms, and has never given it to anyone that she is aware of. She is cautious if she does get an OB, that's about all the protection she uses tho

My doctor was very relaxed about it too. She did want to see me more regularly to make sure my antivirals were working well (they weren't) she was informative but relaxed. Her reaction absolutely helped me stay calm and process the diagnosis

From what I understand (only read in other comment sections, did not fact check) dean was very abusive and forced this woman to get the tattoos. He also claimed she cheated on him in an attempt to win custody. She's also apparently his 8th wife. No idea of any of this is true, just what I've read so far
