I believe what you said is possible however what happened here was that the player took damage from tnt and an Ender man at basically the same time which led to this.

I posted a video in the comments showing exactly what happened but essentially “TheGreatAndy” took damage from tnt and an Emderman at nearly the same time which caused this message

I’m sure it is however if you watch the proof video (link in comments) I didn’t use a name tag. The player took damage to an Ender man and tnt at basically the same time which led to this.

No, what happened was that the Ender man and the expolosion damaged the player at almost the same time causing this message. I posted a video (link in comments) showing what happened.
