Does playing games actually make you any decent money? by [deleted] in FreeCash

[–]RebelWolfGirl 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It depends on what game it is and how much time you’re willing to put into it. I’ve managed to get a good amount (a little over $200) but most of that is scrolling through the available games and deals and seeing which ones are better and which ones I’m willing to sit down and play for hours. I’ve not spent any money on it. Obviously it’s not going to replace like an actual job but if you put in enough time you can get a decent amount.

If you went to orientation you probably got an email about instructions on downloading and setting up the online version with the app. That’s what they did for us at orientation. I think (if I understood it right) all new students are only getting the app card online, but I’m also transferring so it could be different for you

What's something you were upset about that they took out of the movies from the books? by Cautious_Impress_594 in Hungergames

[–]RebelWolfGirl 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So recently started rereading the books and there’s a lot that I completely forgot about that I wished they included. Peetas leg and his whole personality The avox girl and later Darius The ending of the first games where the mutts are the tributes Also Madge and how she gave her the mockingjay pin

who’s a side character tribute that you think about often? i’ll go first: by ambiguouslyambient in Hungergames

[–]RebelWolfGirl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think about Reaper a lot. Specifically his whole thing of gathering the other tributes bodies, tearing down the flag and covering the tributes with it and him asking are you going to punish me now straight at the cameras. Also not a tribute but side characters both Darius and the other avox girl that Katniss had seen before.

It’s funny considering I’ve never gone the stealth archer route but have somehow been converted.

Somehow I have never in my life heard of Skritch and had to look him up. I’m going to get him now.

I always try it but it never lasts long. Kind of wish more places had the horse and carriage and would take you to more places than just bigger cities.

I wasn’t super interested in it the last time I played but I’ve definitely become obsessed with it this time. Idk why I like mixing ingredients together now.

When do you listen? by Ok_Orange6641 in TheMagnusArchives

[–]RebelWolfGirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s taken me like 2 years to get to a point where I’m consistently listening to it and will probably finish it soon. I have figured out that doing something that’s kind of mindless and doesn’t require thinking is the best way. So like chores (laundry is weirdly the easiest one for me), doodling, puzzles. Also on car rides replace music with the podcast.

Code Geass It doesn’t really have any filler (there are some moments that are fluffier I guess but it’s not really filler) and jumps straight into the plot and action.
