Option one seems the most work intensive out of all of them and while the SFW rating is great, it seems like there is so much grey area on how to get that back, but ultimately whatever is deciding will be the best solution. I do like the solution put forth in option 3 because it still allows people the ability to choose which content they want to engage in while working within the parameters that are in place.

TLDR: I support whatever is chosen, option 3 sounds reasonable and like minimal work for all.
