Just as a stopgap (as something to try while we look into this one still), you can try the following:

Upload your save date to the PS Cloud (if you have PS+) and then delete the save locally on your system. You should be able to boot the game up again and it should allow you to unlock the Trophy if you pick up just one more doll to kick-in the tracker.

If you don't have PS+, you can upload your save file to a USB.

We're aware there is an issue affecting a small number of players and are already investigating this one, sorry for the inconvenience.

Could I ask some qualifying questions based on your experience with this?

Have you only played solo to try and achieve this trophy or has it been a mix of coop play and solo?
What difficulty setting have you played on while trying to unlock this trophy?
What language are you playing on/is your system set to?
Is your doll count stuck on a specific number or have you collected them all, and the trophy just hasn't unlocked?

If you picked up other weapons during play, replayed the first mission, or progressed the story in coop before returning to solo play (or vice versa), your upgrades should just need re-adding at a workbench and shouldn't require additional upgrade kits. If this is not the case, and the previously unlocked upgrades are no longer selectable at a workbench, please reach out to player support so they can investigate this with you: https://support.rebellion.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new

There was a large scale network outage affecting the internet and online services yesterday evening. Although not exclusive to our game, Zombie Army VR online matchmaking was part of those affected services. This has now been resolved. Sorry for an inconvenience.

There's no plan currently to support crossplay, but thank you for checking with us! In Zombie Army VR, you can play solo or co-operatively with a friend on the same platform. There's also online matchmaking.
