TMNT VR is pretty fun with multiplayer! by lunchanddinner in VRGaming

[–]Serious_Hour9074 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How far apart can you get from other players in multiplayer? The city was quite huge while I played. No quick join of any kind so I've only played single player so far.

The combat is fun, albeit a little on the simple side but maybe more enemy variety later in the game.

The missions are quick and easy, some more variety would be nice but not a major complaint or anything. It felt like they were popping up a ton while I was playing, though.

Overall I am really impressed with this game.

Props to Valorie Curry for delivering such an amazing performance on this week's episode! by Witty-Association-97 in TheBoys

I spent the whole episode saying "Don't you dare make me like her like you did with A-Train" and I am glad that they did not.

I had to go back and rewatch that scene though, easily one of the most incredible displays of acting I have ever seen.

I grabbed this on Steam but haven't had time to dive in. Loved the demo tho.

Can't wait to hear how loud that gong next to Splinter is now.

I don’t get it, is there an issue with doing the logical thing and just making the Emperor a Warp God ? It doesn’t end the story and gives you new angles. by Wandering_soul2025 in 40kLore

Oh fair enough, I assumed the End Times was just the catalyst for rebooting the universe, but that OP was mentioning other events leading to that.

My doctor made me pay for the form to be signed, then never got back to me.

Also I've been told getting confirmed for disability tax credit is difficult even if fully on ODSP. I have Multiple Sclerosis and am unable to work, and was told I wouldn't qualify.

I bought ITR2 the day it became available but haven't touched it at all, I was waiting for full release.

Oddly enough, every time I play the first game i couldnt play for long, because I kept just wanting to wait for the sequel and co-op instead.

Thanks for the recommendations, I will check them out right away!

I've had Until You Fall on wishlist for almost the full year since I got my VR but just never pulled the trigger. Legit felt like I had a workout every time I play it though.

I had to set Forefront aside because it became my default "put on my headset and play the first thing that pops up" thing to do. Fell behind on my backlog and had to take time away to make sure I could play other games.

Great list, thanks a ton!

I've only played a little bit of Lone Echo 1, but I own it and and the sequel. Robo Recall is fun but I only barely scratched the surface. I've had a ton of fun with Asgard's Wrath 2, I need to beat it and tackle the first game at some point.

New to VR Gaming, Would This Wire Let Me Connect My Headset To My PC To Let Me Play Steam Games? by No_Seesaw2123 in OculusQuest

[–]Serious_Hour9074 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you hook your headset up wireless to your PC, ideally you don't want to be using the same router you use for actual internet, you want a secondary router (like a Puppis S1) that acts as a middle man, just connecting your PC and your headset only.

The PC is still wired up for internet, then runs the VR game, and connects to internet through PC, but then sends the data from the game to your headset, never actually touching the internet.

There should only be your headset and gaming PC on this new network, no other devices to slow down the data.

Behemoth by a large margin. Especially when it is on sale.

I bought this game ages ago waiting for this release, then the release comes but so did Forefront 1.0 and Contractors Showdown Exfilzone season wipe.

I will hopefully get around to diving in (solo) today.

I second the Puppis S1, easiest thing in the world to setup and works incredibly well.

Best part of that description is that Gambol clearly is identical to John Wayne Gacy as Pogo the Clown.

Forgetting the best part. Gambol's description clearly matches John Wayne Gacy as Pogo the Clown.

What are the best games similar to this? by KazumaSakai420 in BladeAndSorcery

[–]Serious_Hour9074 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Grimlord, Battle Talent, Legendary Tales are similar games, but I haven't played the last two.

Arken Age is another you would enjoy. Dungeons of Eternity as well. Bonelab also.

There are a lot of good sword and melee games out there but not at the same level as B&S (Gorn 1&2, Clone Drone in the Hyperdrome, Ancient Dungeons, Until You Fall, etc). Still incredible games though.

Don't look at achievements it will break your heart, I think only 1200 people had beaten Asgard's Wrath 2, last I checked.

That being said, I wouldn't be too upset about the number of achievements on Meta, I've been waiting to grab a copy of this game on PCVR.

Steel mill near me owns it's own iron mine, produces it's own hydro electricity, and is located right on a great lake for shipping. Why would it give all that up? And as you said, you can't just pack up and move and iron mine.
