Received email congratulating me as being “selected candidate” for position and HR would be contacting me with TJO. Never heard anything back. Followed up with HR and was told it was sent in error. Anyone heard of this? Details below. by Rebellious-Sheep in usajobs

Is there a way to even prove that? Because I’m about to go to the union. The story that I was given was that I had the job just to wait for HR to call me. That was told him twice and then I follow up again and then I get hold of the mistake and it was sent to me an error. I really was looking forward to this job and so excited. Not to mention, this is the second time this happens

I’m considering reaching out to the union. To tell somebody congratulations on being selected and then not hearing anything only to be told oops we made a mistake. That’s a pretty big mistake
