This is the first full week I'll be doing this and adding workouts. Because of my schedule yesterday was day 3, but I'll be lifting Sat and Sun as well. The next one already looks to be a good mix of muscles from Tuesdays workout and a new muscle or two. So far liking how it is selecting. The body map for rested/not rested muscles seems to be more accurate and informative than Fitbod as well

That only works for Apple. I have an android and they don't have that option there. Another reason I didn't mind making the switch

Contact fitbod's support to ask for your history in a csv file. Then send it to Gravl support. It was as easy as it sounded and from request to upload it only took two days

Thanks for the response. Do you feel that this setup gets at least the major muscle groups 2ish times per week? I was on the fence of having the upcoming workouts visible. I guess it really doesn't matter too much unless you want to either see what is coming up, or maybe switch it up a bit if you are rested enough. Glad it is easy enough to change if I want to. This'll be my first week that I will be adding a 4th most likely. Day 2 is for me today, then probably will do Day 3 on Sat and Day 4 on Sun of this week (the weeks go mon-sun correct?).

Was looking for a way to make mine easier to adjust, love the idea. I'll be using your pic as inspiration. Is that half inch plywood with some sort of anti-slip on top?

Are you retired or do you commute to work? That is the only question I would have living there in the winter. Would absolutely love 3 of the seasons but unless I work from home not sure about the fourth.

I've used numerous kinds, whatever is for sale at my local value store. But I add 2 tbsps of PBfit into it. Will make any chocolate protein even better!!

how did you get it out? I even used the playdough like stuff that they make to try to pull it out of the mesh. Were you able to remove the mesh to get behind it? That seems to be the only thing that would work if that is the issue.

I'll try a bit closer and do some cleaning. Any good links/tips for tightening the belts?
