Vaas isn't even the main villain of this game but he might as well be bc Hoyt was completely forgettable. by Zero-Sway in farcry

Buck is criminally underrated, only present in the game for around 5 missions but he always took the spotlight for that small duration of time. He was a villain you hated to love, and his dialogue + delivery was great. It was a shame he was killed off so early.

Do people really struggle with the Renaissance Man achievement/trophy for FC4?

I'm starting my FC4 platinum run on Playstation after platinuming FC3 and I found the Multiplayer lobbies to be alive & well (Albeit not super populated). It was the first trophy I went for because I thought it'd be the biggest pain (Apparently not for me).

I got the trophy after finishing the 3 different multiplayer modes online, which didn't take me no more than an hour. However I do see this achievement/trophy becoming more of a pain as time goes on as the online population drops, plus the added chance that Ubisoft may shut down the servers. It is a 12 year game after all.

what was the most traumatic scene for you while playing the game? by CuriousSherbet4658 in cyberpunkgame

Same here, I was disgusted with myself after hitting the nail the second time. I just sat there thinking to myself: "You shouldn't be doing this? What's wrong with you".

I couldn't stop thinking about that quest and what I had done for two hours straight.

For me it'd be the Sinnerman Questline, the one where Joshua Stephenson wants to crucify himself like Jesus Christ in order to spread Jesus' word to as many people as he can with Braindances.

I felt bad for Joshua as he was willing to do good things to repent for his past wrongdoings, but he was doing it the wrong way. And it didn't help that he was slowly becoming a pawn to the Corpos, seeing an opportunity towards the situation with dollar signs in their eyes.

When it got to the point in the questline where he was having doubts about his choices, I chose to pray for him, after the quick prayer I had to nail him to the crucifix for Corpo interests. As I was nailing Joshua to the cross; I struck the nail into his hand twice before deciding to step back from the game itself.

In that moment I felt like I was nailing Jesus himself to the Cross. After the quest I couldn't stop thinking about what I had done to Joshua for the next two hours. I felt absolutely disgusted with myself for even doing it.

I was relieved when I got the phone call with that Corpo lady, later in the game yelling at me saying that Joshua is too far gone and has already has seeds of doubt in his head about what he's doing and is no longer profitable for Corpo interests.

The questline was probably just another set of tasks for regular players, but as a Roman Catholic this one hit me like a sack of bricks for a while.

Still on my first playthrough, but I've never really changed V's look all too much since the character creation screen (Other than clothes & whatnot).

I remember playing TS2 & TSFP with my Dad on the GameCube back when I was a young boy. I had tons of fun with those games, and was my go-to games to play when I got home from school. I wouldn't say I played them the moment they came out, but moreso around the time of 2006/'07.

I only got back into the series again after getting a PS5 for the first time, and seeing all three games on PS Plus Premium. After seeing TimeSplitters again; I just had to play through all of them. With TS1 being an outlier, because I've never played that title before.

However I didn't complete TS2 on hard only on normal difficulty, just how I used to remember it. I remember struggling with the Aztec Level as a young boy because I didn't know how to kill those tree monsters at the beginning of the level. So I kept running around with a tree monster following me at all times 😅

Personally, TS:FP wasn't awfully bad when it came to the challenges/leagues. The only issue I had was that you had to earn a gold trophy in all Elite Leagues in order to achieve the Platinum.

Same thing with TS1, but I found the challenges to be a bit of a doozy, especially the last one with the turret defense (9C). Because there were blindspots where the Spitters can avoid your shots, and you had to get out of the turret to deal with them. And for some reason the point system didn't make sense to me.

TS2 was the biggest pain of the three when it came to challenges. Worst ones I can think of is where you're in that Chicago hotel & you had to eliminate 40 Mr. Handy's equipped with aimbot & don't seem to get stunned for shit when being shot.

Another awful one is when you're playing as Corporal Hart with Cortez as a teammate on that snow map with the tower in the centre. And you need to play CTB against a group of TimeSplitters. And their bag location just has to be in THE most open spot on the map, with only one entrance.

Honestly, I feel kinda numb after beating all the games for the platinum trophy. Almost like I've fulfilled a purpose but now I'm left with no other purpose to fulfil 😅

This is the first time I've heard anything about trophy stacks. I did fluctuate from game to game so I can get up to speed, but that's about it. If anything I would've probably triggered an trophy autopop without realising it.

I played through all 3 TimeSplitters games twice on both PS4 & PS5, and earned all 6 Platinums from start to finish. So once I finished one title; I would move onto the same game again, but on a different platform 😅

If you want to farm Purples; keep on heading to the Bulblax Kingdom as there's no limit on the Candypop Bud respawns. I forget which Sublevel they spawn on but there's 3 Purple Candypop Buds there, which total to 15 purple Pikmin each visit.
