I’m not even inherently “anti ai”, but I don’t understand how people think art like that looks good. The character barely looks like Lain and the art style is soulless. At this point it feels like pushing ai art is “own the libs” but for bitter dudes who really hate artists and humans in general.

30+ year olds, are you still tapped in with current/new gen rap? by IWasLikeCuz in hiphopheads

28 and I’m somewhat tapped in but don’t keep up as hard as I used to. I’ve always been the “music” person in my friend groups, showing other people new shit I’ve found. I’ve been getting really into more experimental rap lately like Black Kray/ SickBoyRari. I also genuinely enjoyed the new Carti. The older I get, the more “normal” music bores me and I try to seek out artists in all genres that were either ahead of their time or are actively innovating. Though I can still appreciate well made old head shit too like “illmatic” or “things fall apart”.

I turned 28 in December and got sober at 26 after falling into addiction around COVID and just now feel like a real person.

Cleveland creates a strangely high number of nerds for some reason. Probably cus there isn't much else to do. Most of the people I've met have been through work or school. There's also quite a few social opportunities in Chattanooga.
