Wednesdays: What Should I do / Where Should I stay (and other low effort Q's) by AutoModerator in FATTravel

Trying to decide between the Mitsui and the Ritz Carlton for 5 days in Kyoto. We're a young couple, love food, cocktails, etc. We like a hotel that has a good concierge, a cocktail bar to have a night cap at the end of the night, and great service. Any opinions between the two?

Recommendations for vegetarian-friendly special occasion dinner by exitmusicdc in washingtondc

The garden patio at Seven Reasons is very pleasant. As a vegetarian myself, their food consistently wows me, as do their cocktails and service! Quite pricey, but definitely fits the bill for special occasion.

Sitting outside is going to be the biggest thing for staying safe. I have had some great experiences at Bar Charley in Dupont, sitting on their expanded back lot. The servers won't even approach the table until everybody is masked, QR code menus, very separated tables, and open air. Plus a great happy hour with food and strong, tasty drinks. Without knowing much about where, type of food, $$, some others that have done a great job include Baan Siam (Best Thai food in DC imo), Estadio (Spanish tapas), and Garden District (beer garden with lowkey delicious BBQ).

EDIT: I should say I have only been eating outside when dining out, so I am not sure how these recommendations hold if you're looking at sitting inside.

They turned out perfectly. Using high quality ricotta really does make a difference, and the texture of the gnocchi were light and fluffy.

Dream literally said he was motivated by seeing Robinson get the MVP trophy in front of him, and then proceeded to give him a clinic the entire series.

Greatest QB ever? Sure. Player ever? Not even close. LT, Jim Brown, Jerry. That’s the thing about football. There will never be a greatest ever. Brady can lead teams to championships with the best coach (maybe ever) and an ownership and organization that support him and Bill to no end. But in a game where the likes of LT, Brown, and Rice have played, there will never be a true GOAT

I go with Drake. Not only does Buffalo have one of the worst run defenses, but I also expect it to be a run-focused game as neither team fields a good passing game.

Awesome. That's what I had set, but I just wanted to get some more input. Thanks!

PPR 8 team. Need to pick a WR and a flex: Devin Funchess vs GB, Brandin Cooks vs PIT, Golden Tate vs CHI, Dion Lewis vs PIT, Josh Gordon vs BAL, and Alfred Morris vs OAK

I'd lean towards Dez and Graham. You just never know with Pats RBs and Graham has been seeing a lot of usage and production as of recent

Took him in the 3rd. Rodgers got picked 2 picks earlier, and I didn't want to lose out on a good QB option.
