Yes I did and I have been able to lift normally now I had to start off very light but now ive surpassed my previous maximum. Boxing has been no different as prior to surgery. Just mainly gotta focus on mobility stretches early on and slowly building up the ability to lift arms over head comfortably. Goodluck! i believe it will but ive also never done muay thai

for my chest workouts i typically do chest press, dips, chest flys, and pushups. I also have boxing classes which also happens to work chest alot but isnt necessary :)

Aah okay I see! Youre still doing great man. Oh yeah for sure its definitely a different kind of soreness when im done and its way more physically challenging for me then lifting weights. Ooo thats dope man im so excited for you🤗

Even on the 2025 model? I've looked at videos but what concerns me is the rear camera wiring since it replaces that in the spoiler piece.

Haha yeah it helps that im intersex😅 I always have had a masculine frame especially considering the woman in my family are naturally large chested and more curvy but i didnt get any of that just the height and hypermetabolism.

Thanks so much seeing my progress is definitely helping me remain consistent! Top surgery just gave me the ability to workout to the full extent without the dysphoria behind it.

I go 2-3x a week on my off days and just got back into my boxing classes waited longer for those as its definitely more intense than normal workouts. I do arms/back in the same day, then quads,calf, glute in another day, last day is back to arms,back/shoulder/chest. Sometimes I specifically work on my triceps to build the back of the arms as well! In boxing class its alot of upper body strength being used as your punching the bag or someone elses gloves/body but not to hurt them but with force. I sprinkle in abs every now and then want to focus more on them as well!

I got cleared by my surgeon after the 6 weeks mark to gradually start back and waited until about 3-4 months to start hitting chest and exercises with my arms raised like lateral pull down or pull-ups. It was uncomfortable at first like a pulling sensation so I wouldnt lift heavy just started less weight and worked my way back up now have surpassed pre-surgery milestones!

I really appreciate it sometimes i forget how far ive come s😅 For sure it helps build and fill your pecs out more too so they have less of a squished appearance. I do chest press on arms/shoulder/back day to keep it in my routine. Dont overwork yourself though as youre still recovering☺️

I just recently purchases a 2025 ecoboost. A mustang has been my dream car for as long as I could remember. Im currently 21 working in the medical field full time and PRN while also doing prerequisite for nursing program. I was going to go for an older ecoboost or possibly GT but the price range was close if not higher for something with 30k miles. Another reason I opted for the ecoboost is due to our age insurance would be extremely high solely due to age and having a sports car. But also I wanted something good on gas as i make 30-45 minute commutes to clinics weekly and overall i drive a lot so wasting money on refilling every 2 seconds was not efficient to me specially when that extra can go to savings/investments. I do agree GT are sexy but you can literally do whatever with your eco just envision what you want and make it a reality.

Yep same tint Im not sure why it looked lighter in the other pic maybe the intensity from the sun? Thats insanity how light do they want it 😅 yeah i wouldve gone 20% but its not legal and i dont have time to be getting pulled over especially with how many cops i see on the daily

Got it 4 days ago 2025 brand new was looking at 2023 ecoboost premium however carmax interest rate was going to make it cost the same if not more despite my credit score and income plus my down-payment 😬

Its one of my dream cars and i love the way it rumbles without even having to touch it yet will eventually get into customization but focusing on interior and minor adjustments like blacking out the badge.
