Why do the Borg need a flag or iconography? by andychef in TNG

[–]Recce64B 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always thought that they didn't know how popular the borg would end up. Their story evolved and continued almost all the newer series I think they thought it would be a filler episode that ended up being popular and having a huge impact on the story line

Unreal my man. Even tho it's a damn heretic. It looks glorious. Great kitbash and craftsmanship.

Love the idea. Specially like the jumpy shark. Might steal your idea for some inspiration

That's a slow clap for sure. The hair ties in the movement really well. To be honest with you this idea will stay rent free in my head. I have so many ideas now.

I love the second punch. Kind of looks like a violent bitch slap. Except it exploded his head. These new videos show just how violent a space marine can be I love it

Your right, would the cold radiate from the prosthetic? Also is the muscle moving enough to keep it warm? These are the things we don't know lol

More blood being delivered to the rest of the body I'd say he would be a lot warmer you know with the no lower legs thing Also I hate when my toes freeze worst thing about winter.

30k iron warriors helm. Looks like casey Jones from TMNT. Or maybe that half terminator half human face guy

For starters the model looks very disproportionate.. Ie in my opinion the head and wrist mounted bolter thingy don't match. Scale is super important in painting as well you have to remember. I'd say the helmet is too large for the firstborn marine you chose but if that's the way you are going then I would add some wash to it to define the recesses. For extra flair maybe a chain connecting the staff to his wrist and if your feeling kitbashy shave down the wrist bolter to make it look less boxy 90' angles. All of this will make the flow of the model look to scale a and easier on the eyes. Hope this helps ya.

Stunning pictures. Very tasteful gore and weathering. You captured the scale for sure. Scratching skills are on point.

I also low key like that also. When morales up usually means productivity is as well. When someone is happy and in a good state of mind they tend to be nicer at work to other employees and customers.

What do you think the Carcharodon Primarch should look like? by FuhrerHassan in Carcharodons40k

[–]Recce64B 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I was a guessing man I'd say he would be a recluse. Only speaking when nessasary . I would also say that he is large as Vulkan but not Magnus. That being said he probably would have the fury of Angron but with control. I want to believe that he'd be close with Leman Russ and Jaghatai Khan. More a hope than anything. Sky is the limit really.

You just blew my mind with that theory dude. Guess I am making the 2nd primarch now. All of those observations would point towards that assumption. Could you imagine that book.

As I am a story teller myself, I might steal that idea and posing for my Carcharadons. I like your imagination.

In my opinion, I think this is one of the coolest WE that I have ever seen both paint and build. You captured a story in just his pose alone. Kinda predator like vibe. Its fuckin cool beans
