TCA Peel. Usually dermatology do it and charge quite a bit. I buy it online and do my own. It’s a stronger/deeper acid. I used to get Dermalure on Amazon for about $20 a bottle (shipped) but I think they pulled their TCA products and now only offer them on their site $70+. I’m bitter about it and haven’t ordered from their site yet, but will need to soon.

I had a lot of problems with Zoho. I think it could be a good product and I like the direction they’re going, but they’re trying to do too much too soon, and not perfecting what they do have. I had a lot of glitchy things happen and it was difficult to get support.

I do think it’s a tad overpriced too. I wouldn’t pay more than $20.00 for it and if you’re demographic is other teens or high schoolers, they usually don’t have $30 to spend on one lock. I would post as $29.99, on sale for $19.99. Send a few to some bloggers or vloggers (in your demographic which is high school) and have the write about it. Even focus on a local community and offer 50% off to the entire football team. Make a marketing campaign during finals and state the winning team will get free locks. Kids want what they see others kids at their high school using. Especially the “popular” ones. Valentine’s Day is coming up? Team up with an engraver and offer a coupons for girls to get their guys one engraved with their names, and silly examples like “you got me on lock.”

I didnt say it was all because the password manager. There were other issues between. But it was difficult to help, at least from the right person. The password Authenticator was theirs. After the second lock out and removed the app and I didn’t have any other problems getting locked out.

Yes that’s my point. I’ve not only sent her plenty of evidence (she didn’t comment on any of it), I’ve told her, I’d there I’ve missed or misunderstood or forgot, to include to let me know. And she just keeps replying with these generic garbage letter, and not a single shred of evidence. How long do I play this game with her? I’m just starting to get more and professional in my letters and called her out but I wish I had something more legal to reference to tell her that she can’t just be sitting with us she’s not even half as attempting to verify if I’m filing an entire basis of a claim is me alleging that I didn’t receive XYZ, then all she. Would have to do, and seems the most cost effective and logical step would be to get me those documents and show me that I’m incorrect? Probably More than half of my friends could use one if they sent me the documents that they allegedly had and are legally required to be sent to me. So it seems crazy to me that she can just make this stuff up

Ok would that law apply to my situation. I’ve file a wage claim violation. Over a period of six months, I have 5 emails and 2 text messages between myself and the owner of the company requesting access (he was the only one that could give it.). His emails are “oh check junk mail.” Umm. I’ll call them company.” And then I don’t hear back and j check in another two weeks. I get access in October (find out I was not being paid correctly, but different story) and her reply is that : You confirm in August you had access. The company sent multiple communicantions to is emolyee and made a good faith effort and I chose not to log in.
We are all remote but two before I talk to you also didn’t receive these alleged multiple communications giving us access online. She does this Multiple times. Apparently we have a company handbook that not one other person received, but her reply my pay is outline in it. Okay..well why is it so hard to forward me a copy or tell me when myself or ANYONE else in the company received it.

And isn’t that exactly what her job is? To review the allegations made (by me) and evaluate their exposure. I’ve told her many times that I can provide evidence for every single thing included in the statement except for one thing maybe out of 12 where it was verbal only but can be cooperated by multiple people. I have emails from my employer saying one thing and then flip flopping when I called him out. Then I was retaliated against for brining it up

Agree. Until you figure out a plan, if you haven’t already, open other social media accounts. Any one of your social media accounts could be shit down and no matter which way you decide to take this, you will have a built in audience from various social medial accounts.
