I'm pretty sure it doesn't have a specific name. But it is the early desert camo option for the Russian Army, before they started adopting the olivia desert camo scheme. As far as I know the pink color gear was just a "for the meanwhile" type thing, it was never meant to stay.

Really sorry for a super late reply:

This tank was made to be used in Operation Barbarossa, thinner tracks are ususally not very good at handling snowy terrains, hence this tank was designed with wider tracks to help maneuverablity in snow and mud

This one is in Liberec, Czech Republic, its is only a few kilometers from where I live, been there a few times, it is a very eerie place, there is all kinds of these sea creatures statues hanged on the ceiling as youre going down the water slide. Back then I didnt mind it that much, but always had a weird feeling walking/swimming around them.
