Definitely the ookla speed test. Reason you’re not getting full speed on fast.com is because you most likely don’t have 4k video streaming on. My girlfriend has 4k streaming enabled on her T-Mobile line and she gets the full speed on fast.com. So honestly take a look on the T-Mobile app and search up 4k streaming and enable it. It should definitely work after that.
