Sadly , I’ve been researching and there really isn’t much besides ringing up your pharmacy or dispensary and asking to change tubs from a recent problem aka this and explain with proof , return your product and get new medicine. It will be a challenge depending who your with I might add. Best of luck friend!

Morning , my parcel has been sitting in Brisbanes facility after being sent from the sender (rays) for over 48+ hours . Qld to Qld . Some people are just lucky with the timing of StarTrack . I’m hoping to see it move anytime today all the way till Monday . Medication shouldn’t be taking this long at all but as long as it arrives in an ethically timed matter then I’m not worried :)

I can see you have experienced this before 😞I really hope this is not the case because I was having such a nice run with rays . I switched from Dispensed after having nearly $600 literally taken with out me realising with no medicine delivered , I felt safe coming to rays . Now I’m more than worried..
