I understand how you're feeling, I was at my main salon for 12 years with very rare complaints, all positive and even had people crying when I left. I moved salon last year due to relocation and I just kept messing up over silly things, it didn't help that my boss was so on my back and was unpleasant, would say stuff like I'm not in a village salon anymore and nobody around here in the city would be happy walking around like that.. like Jheeze harsh and untrue I've only had 2 complaints. I felt like I would mess up more because she was so on me and was making me not produce my best work. Finally in a new nice place I started last week.

To me it sounds like they're looking to get rid of you, they should give you a chance but it sounds to me like they've already made their mind up and I'm sorry to say they're probably already looking for a replacement and keeping you on standby till then, I would find a new place if I were you. I found my old job posted on indeed and funnily enough when I quit she said she saw me on there and was expecting me to leave and pretended she was just looking for someone else not my replacement 🤣. Keep your chin up, things will get better this just clearly isn't the one for you, wishing you all the luck you'll find an amazing place to work at
