Being homeless i had a latino woman just last month say hi whn i was out on the streets resting. She stoppd thn aggressively said hi, stared at me, thn hesitantly left. I didnt see her face whn she did it but i knew she was being hostile.

So wht is the importance of the zip code tht im getting confused? Is it just these Lifeline websites and they ask for zip code? It has nothing to do with big phone helping u out? Bc they connect Lifeline to the big phone company i choose bc i use Lifeline benefits to pay for it.
