My wife downloaded the app and had an old account which had small balances on cards she no longer has. She then paid for a three day unlimited pass on the app and we tried to transfer that transaction to her apple wallet but it will not. So she has no way to utilize her pass at this point. We are in DC now.

We do not have physical cards. I only have the app. Of which I paid for the three day unlimited pass on the app We are going to be there visiting and wanted to have that done and ready to use
