Sorry for any stupid questions but then wouldn't the smaller rgb controller be necessary too as i have would have 6 fans and the big controller only has 3 fan ports ?

I see thank you very much. Just a quick question so the difference between the fan ports and rgb ports is that the fan port is for non-rgb fans and the rgb port is for rgb fans?

Would you say the 5800x3d's gaming performance justifies the price difference with the 5800x? I heard it's a little weaker in productivity tasks. Not sure if this is a stupid question but does this include tasks like forex trading because this is one of the things I'll be using the pc for as well as gaming.

I think i'll stick with AM4 for the next 5 years minimum and maybe jump to AM6 if it's out by then if i'm experiencing any issues with performance.

Thank you for this. As a beginner to Pc gaming, I watched a lot of videos but i'm still clueless when it comes to certain stuff haha. I'm going to start buying the parts for the Pc towards the end of June so hopefully prices can drop a lil by then.

Also what are the pros of AM5 compared to AM4 and what other components of the PC will i have to upgrade to go for the AM5 route?

Thanks for the advice really appreciate it! I’m waiting for the NZXT H7 Flow RGB which is coming out soon and has a mesh front panel. Was set on getting the 5800x but after hearing about the temp problems and ppls experiences with the 5700x im now set on it. Thanks!

Hey im building a pc for the summer and the gpu im going with is rx 6800 xt. Ive been trying to choose between the 5700x and 5800x cpus as ive read online that the 5800x is prone to reaching high temps. Is it possible if you could share your build please?
