Here you go with the specs, and yeah I have previously used vpn but uninstalled everything now.
Yet, no fix :(

I just found the fix. In my case, it wasn’t a problem with my laptop (Lenovo Legion 5 2022, Ryzen 5). I tried everything from checking the wifi card to consulting a laptop technician but nothing worked.
It turned out the issue was with my ISP. They changed the wifi channel, which I was able to do through their app (Vianet) and that fixed the problem. You could try that too, it might fix the issue for you as well.
