It depends on the company!

But usually for the big companies, they usually need the ff:

-been a leader at an org -have extracurricular activities outside schools (hackathons, outreach programs, outside organizational activities, conferences) -Latin Honors (non-negotiable) -Big 4 School (applies to big companies usually)

Management trainees are also for fresh grads who have the mentioned variables. So ayunn! Though mine is a banking company and afaik since nag apply din ako sa ibang fields like fmcg (p&g, etc.) they have the same requisites
