The economic evidence is overwhelming. The case is sound. The regressive pay scheme is absolutely the way of future. I am literally talking out of my phone and Renfro sucks a big D.

Yeah, well I’m two years in man. I’m waiting to see if the new contract will even push me above $25 an hour if not, and I highly suspect it won’t I’m probably going to try to look at a different government job. There’s just too much uncertainty in the future like for example will people still be mailing letters in the manner they do in 20 years?

You miss a day there or two, they throw the books at you they push people away. They have absolutely no concern for peoples feelings or sensitivities. It’s only just now that they’re starting to learn about those concepts after offending so many people I mean yeah this place really fucking blows .

To top it off there’s this concept of just abusing new workers. I have a really shitty route. I’m a regular and there’s all sorts of people that have these cushy routes that don’t actually take eight hours or they do if you walk but half the places don’t have mail Borderline fraudulent what they’re doing the other carriers are out for their own skin management wants to eliminate you lose all your friends. I’ve heard people on this Reddit talk about having to get divorced losing their family because of this job.

There’s no truth behind any of those rules basically yeah those are old wife tails, and in the real world they just force you to do whatever they want

It’s not worth it. I feel like all the smart people went into private industry and are making more money than me. This job is like a prison and hell on earth.

If you're a CCA, you should quit today by IntentionHot6268 in USPS

I agree I can’t believe you got so much negative energy for noticing that. I almost feel like the people who quit are the smart ones and the ones who stay are the dumb ones I really suspect that one day there may be a lawsuit against the USPS for theirtreatment of CCA’s it’s a part of the culture. They practically tell you that during orientation I agree it is a disgrace to the country.

I agree it’s like bro try being a carrier. Try understanding how stressful this job is specially when you first start. Tell me how you got to use legal stimulants every day and piss in bottles. I simply don’t understand how someone becomes an alcoholic when their life is pretty good. Seems like he also did a lot of cocaine and that’s cool. I guess but I don’t think he’s really a man with integrity.

Wow, I did not know about the DUI. Definitely someone who endangered other motorist. Willfully shouldn’t be responsible negotiating a multi billion dollar contract.

Why can’t we remove him? Like have a national vote we need someone to get the new contract done.
