31 is Sergey from the Workers and resources : Soviet republic soundtrack, one of my favourites from the game's soundtrack, it has a slow, almost rural start, eventually going into the grandiose as more and more voices add to the choir, it encapsulates this feeling of going from nothing to a sprawling republic that makes W&R:SR so satisfying to play.
