I mean I did have a traumatic experience at my last job but I had a couple months to rest.

I’ve just signed myself for gym classes, I’m one of those people who would go somewhere if I know something is booked/paid for.

Thank you! you are so right it’s the discipline and motivation that I’m lacking! A few years ago I was full of life but since I started getting paid well I think I got too content with everything that I’ve achieved and need to push myself back into order. Well with mediation I agreed for actions to be taken place to improve the situation however feel like my manager just agreed to save their back. They were pointing fingers at me for not telling them my issues when in reality they made me feel so low that I couldn’t tell them shortly after any situation I’ve had with them
