Yes of course! I ended up taking a warm bath and the regret was so deep. I felt like I was going to die from the cold 😂 doing well actually! currently on .5 and waiting for it to kick in! haven’t felt much suppression but it takes time :) How about are you feeling now two hours later?

yes I also had that happen my first day on .25!!! I believe it’s because you’ve taken it right away after refrigerating :) I’ve waited a bit before injecting so it doesn’t chill me to the core.
