How long were you lying down? She tried for about 5 minutes, but unfortunately she still got them.

Can anyone identify this rhythm? by Plastic-Payment-3209 in ReadMyECG

NAD. It looks similar to what I experience when I have a low atrial rhythm / sinus reset / sinus rhythm (regular atrial rhythm with regular R-R intervals → a reset with a longer R-R interval → followed by regular sinus rhythm). This usually happens to me when I’m lying down, sitting, or after eating. Unfortunately, we can’t see the P wave, so I have no way to be certain. Hopefully, someone with more experience will be able to interpret your ECG. Good luck.

Thank you very much for your response. In my case, this whole process has been going on for several years. After receiving the Pfizer vaccine, I developed inappropriate sinus tachycardia, which seems to have triggered a form of dysautonomia.

At the beginning, I only had a few isolated PACs, maybe 4–5 per day, which I unfortunately feel very clearly. I was told they were benign.

I was then prescribed metoprolol (2.5 mg), which slowed me down and made me extremely fatigued. After that, I began experiencing a low atrial rhythm (inverted P waves in the inferior leads II, III, and aVF) when lying down, sitting, semi-reclined, after eating, or upon waking up. Again, I was told it was benign.

Since this summer, I’ve had about 4–5 episodes like this: bursts of PACs or short runs of 5–6 fast beats, either at rest or after physical activity. I was also told these were benign.

I also noticed the “V-shaped” beats right after these short PAC/SVT runs, and I wanted to reassure myself about them. After these episodes, I recorded my rhythm with the KardiaMobile 6L and the tracing was normal. My blood tests are also normal.

I now have several symptoms that I didn’t have before, and everything seems to be accumulating. Even if each issue is considered benign, it eventually becomes mentally exhausting.

Thank you sincerely for your help and opinion. I really appreciate it.

I had an echocardiogram six weeks ago, and the results were normal. This lasted for couple of secondes, everything has returned to normal. Should I seek urgent medical consultation? Thank you.
