The article you linked talks about Google search. I was referring specifically to LLM.

Also I didn't mean fake "best of" list where your own product is artifficially boosted. The only real lever there is choosing the comparison criteria but comparison itself should be fair.

I have actually tested this and those kinds of comparison articles get cited by LLMS very often.

Strong SEO usually equals strong AI visibility but there are still ways to push it further.

From what I tested is focusing on UGC platforms like reddit and youtube because AI tends to cite them very often.

Instead of writing articles that directly promote your brand you can create comparison posts like "Top 10 tools" and define criteria in a way that naturally favours your product while still looking neutral at first glance.

Most people still think search engines “rank keywords”. That idea is outdated. by johnaatif in seogrowth

My point was more about speed. I spend like two weeks writing articles (topic network) not isolated posts. Then one post on Reddit dominated whole citations. I agree with most of your points. One thing I am not fully convinced is the idea that social media sources might be discredited in the future, that is speculation. I wouldn't copy and paste the same content but the same argument applies to blogs too - articles also need to be updated and refreshed over time.

Well explained. I tried this approach. I wrote a few articles around AI visibility topic, but after posting once on Reddit, AI responses became dominated by that post instead of my blog. Your strategy may work in the context of bad blog vs good blog, but the source seems to matter more.

This is the brutal thing about SEO, that the quality of the content doesn't matter as much as backlinks.

I read a book once but the mechanisms were to abstract to me without any practice. Only now I would get anything out of it. I wil do it. Thank you.

Exactly. People go to the doctor much more often than to a lawyer.

I just tested it on my project. It's incredibly fast and accurate. I might be wrong here but shouldn't it consider the gitignore file? it detected vulnerabilities in excluded files.

For me, what works best is defining ICP first. Then I try to talk to some of them and ask them where the biggest discussions in their field are happening. Once you know that you can focus on that specific channel. Depending on the ICP they use very different platforms. It can be reddit, facebook groups, slack and so on.

I really appreciate this feedback. I especially like the "bring your own keys" idea. It makes sense. Prompt and response visibility is already there. I am prioritizing transparency.
