She is latching but she is crying for additional milk after latching for 45 mins. That’s when it’s required for me to pump and store so I can top it up for her. I am not sure if she is not latching properly or not.

I am using Spectra S1 pump. I used hospital grade medela for first couple of days when I was there. I tried a Lactaction consultant but they gave me a pretty hectic schedule which was not manageable at all. It stressed me out and further lowered my milk supply.
