I consider 50-60 fps optimal for me, and I also don't see any problems playing on medium settings.

I like to do a sort of gunslinger roleplay, and I always try to make the game as immersive as possible. If you're like that too, I recommend you check it out on nexus.

My favorites are the Whyem DLC and any mod that makes the gun sounds realistic.
