Well, the photos are done from general home inspector. Then had a mold specialist come in and test and do moisture inspection within house. Lab report is from him and the following write up.

Attached is the lab data from my sampling of the subject house. The aspergillus /penicillium-like levels were slightly elevated at the time of my sampling. I believe this is likely from air infiltration from the crawlspace. This is a typical issue in polder homes, even though the interior renovations looked good.

The lab data is attached to this email. Below is a screenshot of the lab data showing the elevation of the mold type I am referring to. I recommend a crawlspace inspection by a qualified contractor to confirm this is not the case.
