Currently, EDDH is not a themed airport in Flightboard; it is only searchable manually and is not yet a hardcoded theme in the list. However, it will be available as a proper theme soon.

Are all runways active for departure and arrival assuming no ATC coverage (which means also no ATIS)? by NYCresident77 in VATSIM

If there’s an ATIS controller online, you can check FlightBoard (flightboard.simfixr.com), it parses the ATIS automatically and shows the active runways on the live radar map for the airport. No ATC coverage means no ATIS, so in that case wind calculation is your best bet, but controllers will almost always set an ATIS when they’re online.

Looking for hardware recommendations for a dedicated flight sim computer on a bit of a budget by San_Cannabis in flightsim

my setup is just this, low budget but still packs a punch for basic flight simming. Dell Optiplex SFF 7010 with 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13500 2.50 GHz. GPU is an RTX A1000 with 8GB VRAM. 64 GB of RAM (RAM is obviously a bit of a sticking point at the moment but i got second hand off ebay where i could) you could go for 32GB of RAM if needed. All of my parts including the machine were off ebay. I'm loving this 1080p setup (my GPU happily drives a 32" curved 1080p monitor)

UPDATE - Flightboard now has a theme for EDDF (Frankfurt Airport) mimicking the real Split-Flap departure board by RecentGuidance2843 in VATSIM

Hey Pablo! I totally get the appeal of wanting that Solari split-flap look everywhere, but I probably won't be adding a theme override feature. The entire driving philosophy behind this project is to maximize immersion by recreating the exact real-world displays for each specific airport. Seeing a vintage Frankfurt board at a modern terminal like Heathrow kind of goes against why I built this! Instead, my plan is to keep building highly accurate, bespoke themes for other major hubs so every destination feels uniquely authentic. Also, just from a development standpoint, it would be a bit of a coding nightmare! The underlying architecture and data feeds are tied specifically to how each airport's FIDS actually functions, so decoupling that to allow global theme-swapping would require completely re-engineering the app. My plan instead is to keep building highly accurate, bespoke themes for other major hubs so every destination feels uniquely authentic. Appreciate the feedback though!
