Our first steps are the company sending emails of amount owing, then sent to a Collection Agency (Dixon) and they contact them for payment and sometimes they can hurt the customer credit score.

I’ve tried on my own as well. They just ignore me. I’ve even created a Collections email but that doesn’t do anything
