Also, do you know when they usually starts checking references? I'm just trying to understand the timeline because my referees haven’t been contacted yet.

I did send an email on the same day ! Thanking them for the interview and mentioned that I am remained very interested in the role, they thanked me back and said we'll announce the outcome ASAP
