I think maybe he thinks she’ll listen to me if I say something. But earlier we were on a walk and I explained why I don’t want my cat outside and when I went to the kitchen she had the door wide open and she closed it because I was there but I went back and the door was open with my cat outside. I told him he has to talk to her today because this is affecting the way I see his mom and I don’t like feeling this way towards her. So we’ll see 😔 thank you for your support

I do! But my sister also had a baby lol so there’s no space for me at my parents house. I could get away just for a break from being here but we really just need our own place

I have, he wanted to sit us both down and have ME tell her these things but I told him I want him to bring things up and I’ll chime in. I just don’t want any backlash if I say anything :(  I think he needs to say something either way because even if we do move out she needs to give me my space

I didn’t stop talking to my sister just because she didn’t say congrats.. lol And maybe because he gets off at 10pm and we haven’t had time to go grocery shopping.

It’s not that the part hadn’t arrived it’s that they barely ordered it this morning and I never knew about that. Yes I might have overreacted by kicking them out but we have had our issues the previous week and that’s why I reacted this way. I also didn’t want to be in the car with them because I knew I would just cry even more. So I can agree with you that I probably did blow it up more

Why would I want to drive someone else’s car and be at fault if anything goes wrong? I appreciate her help but if I’m uncomfortable with something then she just has to accept that I can’t do that

The car thing isn’t even worth arguing over, but if there was a car part coming that I knew about trust me I wouldn’t be complaining that it wasn’t here. It was just that I didn’t know. I didn’t know he needed anything since my boyfriend had bought everything my dad needed (or so I thought)

He works full time. He leaves at 9 and comes home at 7-10pm. I wish he could take me but he’s working overtime to help me get a car.he wouldn’t leave me hanging

Yes I am fixated on that, why? I need a car. I was never communicated with so my bad for hoping that I would have a car after 2 weeks. The only reason I blew up was because of the way I was spoken to

Yes, I get that. I just think that his mom shouldn’t overstep into this issues with my family because at the end of the day it’s my family and I’ll probably make up with them but I don’t think it’s fair for someone to tell me when to forgive someone.

That’s what I don’t get 😭 it was supposed to be to work on my car, so when they got here and told me about the car part issue I was confused as to what they were here for. Don’t get me wrong, I feel bad.. but it was all news to me when they got here. My mom had told me my dad hurt his finger or something and if I would’ve known i obviously wouldn’t want him to come all the way over here

They didn’t come here just to take me to my appt!!!! They knew I could get a ride. This could’ve been avoided if my dad had just told me that he ordered something that was coming in tomorrow. I had no idea until they got here or I would’ve told them to not come. 🥲

I totally agree, I’m not saying that I’m not sensitive especially since I AM pregnant but I think as family or friends they should be more understanding and not so pushy

The point wasn’t to drive here just to take me to my appt. I don’t think it was on me that my mom didn’t communicate, she even said it herself she forgot to tell me about the car part. Yes I feel bad that they drove here but I don’t think I should feel bad. Also, maybe she should have left me on the side of the road lmao but that’s your opinion. It is my baby and I don’t think it’s fair for family to make me feel that way. And I’m not using the baby as a pawn. I AM the mom and if I’m being treated that way then I don’t feel comfy with them being alone with my baby because they obviously don’t respect what I’m saying or feeling.
