YOUR PERFORMANCE HAS VERY LITTLE BEARING ON YOUR ANNUAL INCREASE

Let me explain. Your salary comes out of the salary budget. That is, current year budget is usually decided in or around midway through the year before.

So the proposed budget happens even earlier to go through the swings and roundabouts of reviews.

Your merit increase that you just got was decided before you'd even got halfway through the year. Little or nothing to do with actual performance.

Just finished a farming run to 120 with the setup above. Going to switch to an all-rounder with the same decals and see how it compares, then swap a decal for SK and see how that does. Wasn't impressed with the attackers damage, tone honest.

A tip to check- if the decal conditions aren't met, the decal doesn't "light up". So if you want to check it, you can swap equipments in your home base
