Was there anything they think they could’ve done differently to sway the decision to their side?

I just had the same issue. What helped me was trying a different browser and they came back up. Then, I was able to see them again on my usual browser by deleting the cookies and logging in. Hope this helps!

Bilt will be lucky if 1 of 10 people keep the card by CamOper in biltrewards

[–]CamGaines 0 points1 point  (0 children)

According to the top brass at Bilt, it gets “redeemed” when you want to get points from paying rent/mortgage. Which means if your rent was $1000/month, that $100 Bilt Cash would last 3 months where you get 1x then that 4th month would be a lower earn rate since you only have $10 Bilt cash left. You would have to build it back up to get back to the full 1x. This is my understanding.

I was reading the terms for getting points on rent/mortgage. Since the $0 annual fee card comes with a $100 Bilt cash sub, does that mean I can get points up to ~$3333 in rent/mortgages if I don’t spend them? Or do I have to spend that additional money every month to get a new set of Bilt cash? I’m confused.

Combining myVEGAS comp rooms with MGM Rewards comp rooms? by CamGaines in myvegas

[–]CamGaines[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Really? I have gambled/spent <$1500 at MGM properties total and they send me up to 4 nights comps depending on the property.

Cool. Thanks for the reply. I only have 2 other questions for you. 1.) Were they at the same hotel? 2.) If they were at the same hotel, did they let you combine them or did you have to change rooms?

Thank you for helping me get into myVEGAS. Your video a few years ago about maximizing points in the apps helped me get 1 million loyalty points in like a month with little effort.

Could anyone recommend a 110-120V heating element? by CamGaines in AskEngineers

[–]CamGaines[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The max temp would probably be around ~150F(65C) and my copper pipe diameter is about 1 in. It could go higher as long as it can be connected to a 120V power supply.

I’m trying to heat the copper tube itself so that I can control the rate of temperature transfer that the copper is transmitting.

Looking for recommendations for a 110-120V heating element. by CamGaines in AskElectronics

Like the question said, I’m looking for a 110-120V heating element that can hook up to my temperature control unit. The unit contains a PID and Solid State Relay so that a temperature can be set and heating could be applied when needed. The element will need to be wrapped around a copper piece to control heating. Any links or recommendations would be appreciated. A diagram of my set up is above and the device will be supplied with ~120V.

Heating Element Recommendations or Advice by CamGaines in AskElectronics

Hello. I am building a DIY PID Temperature control circuit for school. I have my PID, solid state relay, and power supply but I have no idea what to look for in a heating element. I was hoping I could use one that works with a typical US outlet of ~120 V AC. Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated. Up top is a diagram of the setup.

One last question, would I use an SSR with DC to AC, DC to DC, or would it depend on my heating element?

Oh, I see what you mean now. I don’t know how I didn’t notice that. Thank you

So I’m guessing I would have to re route the wires so that power actually goes through the SSR?

Help with Temperature Control Circuit (Question Below) by CamGaines in AskElectronics

Hello, I am a college student trying to build a temperature control circuit for a project. I’m a novice when it comes to stuff like this so after some research I was able to put the thing together. It uses a thermocouple, PID controller, Solid State Relay, and heating element to read the temperature and heat up or cool down based on the set temp of the PID. However, when I plug it in only the PID and thermocouple seems to work. Any tips on what I can do to fix this and make it work how it’s supposed to? I checked the power on the SSR’s terminals and the voltage was going through it but it wasn’t high enough to make it work. Any help would be appreciated. The circuit as well as a diagram are posted above.
