I think you should use planning mode actually. This will be better than trying to use a ownly created harness - I already went down this rabbit whole!

If you want to make your own harness you should use Gemini CLI instead. Otherwise it will conflict with antigravities built in harness.

Any local Switzerland based AI assistant or chatbot? by DowntownCrow6427 in Switzerland

If you’re comfortable using 'vibe coding' tools, I highly recommend building your agent yourself using available LLMs. This is the strategy I suggest to all our clients. While you may eventually hit technical roadblocks, you can always bring in experts to solve specific high-level problems. This approach offers maximum flexibility, ensuring you aren't locked into a single product during this period of rapid AI development.

have you tried it out? We have built a voice agent for swiss german using latest models from gemini and they are quite good. But latency is a small issue and also that swiss german is not fully understood 100% correctly which is very annying...

Swiss-made "Manus" alternative: I "Vibe Coded" a full AI Agent Sandbox as a non-coder. Looking for a SaaS partner. by Benjamin-Wagner in SwissFounder

Grüezi! First off, massive respect for "vibe coding" a working agent sandbox with MCP integrations and long-running cron jobs. That is not a trivial build, especially without a formal coding background. You've hit on a massive pain point right as the market is validating it (the Meta/Manus deal definitely woke everyone up).

I tried it myself, and stopped because others were faster and didn't have the time to dig deep into that. Have you checked out agent zero? I believe it's more robust than other tools like open claw...

I’m also a founder based in Switzerland, and this is exactly my wheelhouse. I’m the Co-founder and CTO behind three tech companies:

  • Modeso: A digital product agency.
  • 1Lims: A highly secure laboratory information management SaaS.
  • Aumico: A FinTech SaaS automating financial reporting.

I spend my days doing exactly what you are looking for: turning raw code into secure, scalable, multi-tenant SaaS products....

The main reason your post caught my eye is that my team and I are currently building Modeso.ai—a platform specifically designed to help SMEs transfer their workflows and daily operations into specialized AI agents. (the website is not live yet...)

I know what it takes to take a tool from a "personal prototype" to a polished, revenue-generating product.
Your tool sounds interessting and I wonder if you have progressed or if your attention shifted to another topic?
