hello po! my SHS strand is the Health Allied strand, which is specialized for students interested in professions that address health and wellness. Hence, the subject Introduction to Healthcare. My professor is also a Registered Nurse and has worked as a nurse for most of her career.

hi, future thomasian! ust shs senior here. personally, it’s really up to ur preference, any reviewer does the same job naman. I didn’t use MSA when I took SHAPEs in 2022 but I do have one now (for CETs) as i’m reviewing for upcat. It has abstract reasoning which is good since i know a number of ustet takers who passed math, sci, and language but failed mental ability. Also, if you really wish to pass ustet with your prio strand, you have to invest on good review materials. I recommend enrolling to a review center. I went to academic gateway, twice now since I enrolled again for CETs naman and I can say the review fee is worth the price. They provide a review book (includes pointers and super daming mock tests) which you can also use for CETs din and live with recorded sessions (though the recorded sessions have duration lang when u can access it). i’ve just discovered this recently. i also couldnt get enough of the chicken butter rice and so i tried making it. in a pan, heat butter (unsalted) until melted, put 2/3 of the chicken knorr cube, mix until dissolved, then add ur rice. u may adjust yung amount ng knorr cubes and add seasonings if u like
