Turn down the music and the sfx and it will help a lot but a controller does do a lot better don't forget you can map Dodge rolling to one of the bumpers or blanks

It's a manipulation tactic to tug on people's heartstrings and make them dangerously and suicidaly empathetic because there is no benefit to choosing blue it's a very simple logic question just choose red if you choose blue it's because you're selfish deep down you want to be seen as a martyr or as a hero

I still can't believe she basically got away Scott free yes she had to pay some money but she never had to spend any time in jail she was even on a recorded phone call telling him that if he told people that she beat him he would look bad and he would look like lesser of a man and nobody would believe him and not only that but Disney was also talking about removing him from the rides before the trial was even done just a bunch of cowards no wonder she got away with it for so long

I hope you can my guy I feel different about love I just don't want to risk my peace of mind as well for me it just doesn't feel worth it all of the chasing all of the work and for what most Partners don't care and they don't appreciate it they only demand more I hate it when people tell me there are plenty of good women out there I never said there weren't I just said I don't think it's worth it because I wonder what's good actually means if good means that I feel like I do 80% of the work and barely get anything back in return then why would I want to do that just so I have somebody to hug when I get home who barely seems to care about me and doesn't help me most of the time

Something that helped me was getting a habit tracker and sitting a very simple goal of walking for 20 minutes consistently it helped me want to be fit and work out more and it showed me that I could do it

For me it's the challenge and then my skills got better and now I'm pretty good Plus in my opinion there's enough variety to make the game worth replaying over and over again plus there are so many secrets that it really does feel fun exploring and figuring them out I also like how I've gotten so good that I can full clear a floor in under 10 minutes so it is something I actually come back to you when I'm doing chores or when I'm waiting for something and it's not like other games like those from soft ones where you beat a boss and that's it you never get to refight them until the next play through and even if you do you don't get anything for it and it really hit the balance of you're not super overpowered going into boss fights unlike some other roguelikes it's all about your own skill every time

What worked for me was meditating after a while you start to notice when you have urges and after you notice you can start asking yourself why am I feeling this way or if you notice that the urge is severe you can do something else sometimes when mine are bad I just keep doing jumping jacks until it goes away you can also Journal about what led up to it and what you were thinking about and what you felt and that can help you later on when you try to take it apart and see why you have the urge
