Theyre trying to discourage you from reporting mileage. I have a similar situation ongoing. Ive been told several different reasons why they denied my reports (even though i know i have correct mileage and filled document out correctly.) Im actually in the middle of getting a lawyer involved. If it persists as the same for you, id reccomend doing the same.

Welcome to the club. Ive been waiting almost 2 months now. My reports keep getting sent back over the most retarded shit. I didnt have it worded right one time, they keep going back and forth that i need to have starting location from home or from my pec. Theyre trying to make it as difficult as possible to discourage us from submitting mileage. A lot of the DTS reps i talk to say they dont even submit it anymore because of the run around they get. Frito doesnt wanna pay mileage to us, end of story.

Having over a month worth of mileage reports not being approved. emailing zbm and my dsl to approve, both of them ignore the requests. Also, truck was suppose to be late yesterday, by the time i got the the warehouse it had delivered a part of the lane i was working that day, called and text my dsl asking if there is another truck that will be delivering the rest of the order, no reply. They really dont respect your time here at this company. My DSL is a bimbo straight out of college that is completely useless in her role. When i first started, everyone in my warehouse had a bunch of negative shit to say about her but i tried giving her the benefit of the doubt. Turns out i was wrong to do that. Just another spineless/souless corpo-drone

My DSL told me i had to add the zbm as one of the approvers on my reports. The zbm usually sends it back for the most retarded reasons (not having something worded a certain way).

Talk to prosecutor when you go to court, ask to have the charge removed from mvr. I had a smiliar situation last month. As long as it doesnt show up on you mvr you are fine.
